WELLNESS PHILOSOPHY

Choices + Challenges = CHANGE

Wellness is both an active process, and a pursuit of balance regarding all of the many aspects of life.  

We were gifted one body and it is our responsibility to do our best to take care of it.  There are many things that are not within our control.  However, we have many opportunities to make choices that can either enhance or hinder our well-being.  

MOVEMENT is an essential component of wellness

Simply put, to move means to take action.

Without action, there is no progress.  Without progress, there is no growth.

Once a person starts to enjoy and understand the benefits of movement, they will naturally start to look for improvement in other aspects of their life - nutrition, social, emotional, mental - and will gain a greater appreciation for their physical abilities and appearance in the process.

I am an advocate of movement, both in the physical sense and in terms of change and development.  I believe that movement is good for the soul!

I love to move, I love music, I enjoy being creative, and I find joy in serving others.

My goal through Neema BodyWorks is to help people to effectively participate in life, in ways that are meaningful to them.
