Do you work with beginners?

Absolutely! I love working with beginners! It's amazing to see the progress that occurs. Many people end up realizing that things they once thought were impossible become totally doable, and even easy.

In group fitness classes, am I required to get down on the floor?

No, it's not a requirement. Not all classes will include floorwork, but if you are asked to bring a mat to class, then some floorwork is likely. Exercises can be modified and if/when you are comfortable getting down on the floor, feel free to do so. We'll always help you back up if necessary 😉.

Why should I work with you?

I will help you simplify the process of incorporating movement and wellness into your life, so you can actually get started! Not everyone has the same needs or responds to challenges in the same way. I acknowledge and respect this when working with clients, and I'll help you figure out what works for YOU!
