Classes are suitable for all levels and movements can be modified, as appropriate.
This non-stop, high-energy workout allows you to focus on what really counts - intensity, not complexity. This class incorporates cardio step choreography, high-intensity intervals, and bodyweight resistance training for a full-body workout. You are encouraged to challenge yourself, while working at your own pace, so there is no intimidation. Some participants use the board, and some don't - do what works for you!
This class combines continuous movement and strength training, using bodyweight exercises and a variety of resistance training equipment for a challenging, yet fun full-body workout. Please bring a mat or towel for floorwork, if desired.
This class is a fun combination of exercise styles to get you moving and feeling good about fitness! Classes include various forms of cardio along with sports drills, interval training, circuit training, kickboxing, and strength training. No class is exactly the same, but each class will challenge you and make you sweat to burn major calories!
Cardio & Sculpt Combo
This class combines the best of both worlds: cardio plus strength & resistance training! The result is a fun, challenging, and efficient full-body workout. The format of the cardio portion of class will vary and may include use of the step platform at times. The sculpting portion of class will include bodyweight exercises and a variety of resistance training equipment. Please bring a mat or towel for floorwork, if desired.
Praise & Sweat
If you’re looking for a fun way to get your praise on while working up a sweat with cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises, this class is for you!! Movement in this class is set to gospel songs and other uplifting, inspirational music.
Boxing and kickboxing moves, circuits, drills, and fun! This class combines high and low impact moves to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, and stability. Jab, kick and shuffle your way through a great workout while burning away calories and stress! No experience is necessary. Feel the power and experience the empowerment!
VIRTUAL Workout Express Classes
These 30-minute classes will help you get everything you need in a time-efficient, effective workout! Class formats will include cardio, strength, and stretching as described above.
